Our all-inclusive company Christmas parties include everything you need for a successful party including a great venue, delicious food, bar service, talented dj, and various entertainment options. These parties are ideal if you want us to do the bulk of the planning for your event, saving you many hours of time, and allowing you to just show up and enjoy the evening. It is also a great way to keep your party on budget.

The process is simple. Prior to contacting one of our friendly and professional Corporate Solutions representatives, make some notes on (1) what has worked well in the past for your group, (2) ideas of what you're looking for this year, and most importantly, (3) what this year's budget is. After discussing your vision with us, we'll approach our venue, catering, and entertainment suppliers to provide a solution that meets your requirements and budget constraints.

The Venues

For our all-inclusive parties, this year we have access to some great venues suitable for a variety of group sizes ranging from 50+ to 500+. These unique venue “gems” offer groups great value, and often provide availability when more traditional venues are long sold out. They are centrally located, and are a great starting point to a great event. Contact one of our representatives to determine which of our venues is the best fit.

The Menus

No party is complete without great food. Thanks to our carefully selected top-notch local caterers, your guests will enjoy a variety of tasty creations throughout the evening. These gastronomical delights will be served either stand-up reception style at various locations around the venue (in order to maximize mingling and socializing), or in the more traditional buffet or table service. Food service style may be dependant on the logistics of the venue.

The Bar

While enjoying the great food, your guests will have a varied selection of bottled beverages, wine and spirits to choose from. For those choosing to be the designated driver for the evening, non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Choose to offer your guests an open bar, cash bar, or combination of the two. Liquor licensing details vary by region.

The Music

Your event is accompanied by a professional DJ spinning all your top hits and favorites. Early on the mood will be casual. Later on, as the energy levels in the room build, a portion of the room will be converted into a dance floor, ready for your guests to tear it up to the latest dance tracks and classic tunes. Custom song requests in advance and during the evening are always welcomed.

A La Carte Party Entertainment Options

While our all-inclusive parties tend to already include the venue, food, bar service and dj, they also provide you the opportunity to add on one or more entertainment options for a fee. Our clients often like to personalize their events, and this is a great way to do just that.

One of our most popular add-ons is our Vegas Nights Casino. Throughout the evening the buzz of the casino will add to the party atmosphere. We’ll have a variety of popular casino games available courtesy of our professional gaming hosts.

The Art of Giving will have your colleagues creating unique, one of a kind sculptures out of canned food. After judging by popular vote, the sculptures will be dismantled and delivered to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.

Other popular entertainment options include James Bond interactive mysteries, live music, Rock Band and Dance Heads talent-style shows, comedians and live performers, The Go-Show interactive dinner theatre, and interactive drumming. Our newest concept, "The Christmas Apprentice", will allow your team to create gifts for local youth in an entertaining format. The Booking Process

Contact us at 1-877-713-7238 or info@calgaryteambuilding.com to discuss your vision, requirements and budget. Once these parameters have been discussed, your representative will forward a quote to you.

Unfortunately, dates are limited as demand is always high. In order to secure your event (date, venue, caterer and DJ) a non-refundable deposit must be received before we can confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be based on your choice of venue and group size.

Once the venue, caterer and DJ are secured, we’ll fine tune which entertainment options you may want to add. As your event date draws nearer, a second larger payment will be required. Then, within 7 or more days of your event, final numbers and the balance will be due.
